- 2 tbsp instant chocolate cake mix
- 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp milk chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp white chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp canola oil
- ⅛ tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp powdered sugar for dusting
In a standard-sized mug, combine the instant chocolate cake mix, cocoa powder, and granulated sugar. Mix well.
Add the milk and canola oil to the mug and stir to combine until smooth.
Gently fold in the milk chocolate chips and white chocolate chips.
Stir in vanilla extract.
Microwave on high for 1 minute and 30 seconds. Keep an eye on the cake to make sure it does not overcook and burn. If needed, add 15 seconds of microwave time until cake is cooked through.
Let the mug cake cool slightly before dusting with powdered sugar and serving.
