Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup + 1 tbsp self-rising flour
  • 1 oz milk chocolate broken into pieces
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3 tbsp granulated sugar
  • tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 1 large egg
  • 3 tbsp whole milk
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp water

For the Topping:

  • 1 scoop of ice cream
  • 1 tbsp assorted berries

Instructions
 

  • In a microwave-safe mug, combine the self-rising flour, cocoa powder, granulated sugar, salt, and ground cinnamon. Mix well to ensure there are no lumps.
  • Add the melted butter, egg, whole milk, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Stir until the batter is smooth and well-combined.
  • Place the chocolate pieces in the center of the batter. Pour the water over the chocolate pieces.
  • Microwave the mug on high for 1 minute and 30 seconds.
  • Allow the cake to cool for a minute before topping it with a scoop of ice cream and assorted berries.
