- 50-100 grams cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 Egg
- 5-6 tablespoons sugar
- Optional toppings:
- whipped cream and any extras you like
Place the cream cheese in a small bowl.
Add the sour cream, vanilla, lemon juice, egg, and sugar.
Mix well until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a microwave-safe mug.
Microwave on high for about 90 seconds.
Every 30 seconds, pause and stir.
Chill in the fridge until the mug cake is completely cool.
