1. No Refund Policy (All Sales Are Final)
By purchasing a digital product (e-book or recipe guide) from SimpleYummyRecipes.com or my official Gumroad shop, you agree to the following:
- Digital Nature: Unlike a physical cookbook, digital downloads cannot be “returned.” Once you have downloaded the file or received the access link, the value of the recipes and my hard work has been exchanged.
- Final Sale: All sales are final. I do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges for any reason, including “change of mind,” “accidental purchase,” or “personal taste preference.”
- Product Descriptions: I provide detailed descriptions of what is inside each ebook. Please read the product description carefully before completing your purchase to ensure it fits your needs.
2. Exceptions (Duplicate Purchases)
The only exception to this No-Refund policy is a duplicate purchase. If you accidentally purchased the exact same e-book twice in two separate transactions, please contact me at info@simpleyummyrecipes.com within 24 hours with your order numbers. Once verified, I will happily refund the duplicate charge.
3. Digital Delivery Policy
Since I sell digital products, no physical items will be shipped to your home address. No shipping fees will ever be charged.
- Instant Delivery: After your payment is successfully processed, you will be redirected to a download page on Gumroad where you can access your files immediately.
- Email Confirmation: You will also receive an automated email from Gumroad containing the download links for your products. Please keep this email for your records.
- Lifetime Access: Once you buy a “Simple Yummy” ebook, it’s yours! You can download it as many times as you need from your Gumroad library or the link in your email.
4. Troubleshooting Your Download
If you do not receive your download links within 10 minutes of purchase:
- Check your Spam/Junk folder. Automated emails are sometimes filtered by email providers.
- Verify your payment. Ensure the transaction was completed successfully in your bank, credit card, or PayPal account.
- Contact Support. If you still cannot access your files, please email me at info@simpleyummyrecipes.com with your name and order number. I will manually resend the files to you within 24–48 hours.
5. Technical Requirements
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure they have the necessary software to open and view PDF files. My ebooks are designed to be viewed easily on:
